Pistachio Dalia Laddu

Pistachio Dalia Laddu.

Pistachios are ground into powder along with dalia/ roasted gram. The powder is then mixed with melted ghee to form laddu. Serve pistachio dalia laddu as desired.
Makes: around 6 Pistachio Dalia Laddu.


Pistachios 5 Tbsps
Dalia/ Roasted Gram 5 Tbsps
Sugar 5 – 7 Tbsps
Cardamom Powder a Pinch
Ghee 1 Tbsp

Method of preparation:

Warm the ghee and keep aside.

Grind the pistachios, dalia, cardamom powder and sugar into powder using a grinder.
In a mixing bowl, mix together ground pistachio powder and ghee.
Divide the mixture into around 5 portions.
Form each portion into laddu with help of hands. Repeat the same with remaining portions.
Store the laddu in a jar and it stays fresh for couple of days.
Serve pistachio dalia laddu as desired.
Notes: Make sure to grind the dalia and pistachios well.

Suggestions: Adjust ghee if necessary to form the laddu well.
