I love aam panna. I usually buy the Deep brand aam panna that’s available in all Indian stores. Will surely try it myself one day. Thanks for the recipe.

A variation of the Mango Drink is called “Mango Fool”. It is prepared by cooking the green (raw) mango either in a Pressure Cooker or in a saucepan with water. When mango is cooked (if cooked in Pressure Cooker, let cooker cool), squeeze out the pulp, discarding the seed and skin. Add to this powdered Cardamom and sugar. Add water if necessary to obtain a thick juice. Now add a small quantity of Saffron (Kesar) (optional), chill and serve.
