Sweetened Mango Pulp

Sweet Mango 1
Sugar 1/4 cup
Roasted Almonds 4

Method of preparation:

Wash, peel, deseed and extract all the pulp out of mango.
Heat a pot, add extracted mango pulp and sugar.
Once sugar starts to caramalize and the mango mixture thickens a bit, remove from heat.
Garnish with slivered almonds and store tight once cooled to room temperature.
Use as a topping for yogurt rice, snacks, icecream, etc…

Notes: Make sure to adjust the sugar content according to the sweetness of mango. Use canned mango pulp if you wish.
