Plain Yogurt 1 cup
Carom Seeds a small pinch
Fenugreek Seeds 2 pinches
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Dry roast the fenugreek seeds and grind them along with carom seeds into fine powder.
Whisk yogurt, a cup of water, fenugreek and carom seeds powder and salt together into smoothly.
Notes: You can make the fenugreek seeds and carom seeds powder in bulk and store it tight for further use.
