Onion Fritters Chaat

Bajji Mixture


Onion Fritters 2 cups
Peanuts 2 tbsps
Red Onion 1/2
Green Chile 1
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp (optional)
Red Chile Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder a pinch
Cilantro few leaves
Lime 1
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

Peel and finely chop onion.
Remove stem, wash and finely chop green chile.
Wash and finely chop cilantro.
Heat a tsp of oil in small pan, add peanuts and roast them.

In a mixing bowl, tear onion fritters into small pieces.
Add roasted peanuts, chopped onion, green chile, cilantro, red chile powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.

Notes: Make fritters ahead, refrigerate if needed and do the above process just before serving.
