Mint Leaves 10-15
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt a small pinch
Lemon Juice 1-2 tsps
Water 5 cups
Method of preparation:
Wash, clean and grind mint leaves with water into paste.
Add the paste to water and stir well.
Strain the water into a pitcher.
Add honey, salt and lemon juice to the mint water.
Stir again and chill for some time.
Serve in glass over ice cubes.
Notes: Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
