Spicy Poha Salad

Atukulu Mixture


Poha 1 cup
Onion 1 small
Green Chile 1
Cilantro few sprigs
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder few pinches
Raw Peanuts/ Groundnuts 2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

Peel and chop onion finely.
Remove stem, wash and finely chop green chile.
Wash and finely chop cilantro.
Heat oil in a small pan, add peanuts and roast them thoroughly.

Wash poha under running water for few seconds.
Drain onto absorbent towel and pat dry.

In a mixing bowl, add above poha, chopped onion, green chile, cilantro, peanuts, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and serve.

Notes: Make sure not to oversoak poha.
