Ingredients:
Boondi 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder few pinches
Roasted Cumin Powder a big pinch
Yogurt 1 1/2 cups
Salt to taste
Talimpu:
Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves 5 (optional)
Oil 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
In a mixing bowl, whisk yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt together.
Heat oil in a pan, add all talimpu ingredients in order.
When mustard seeds stop spluttering, remove from heat and add to above yogurt bowl.
Mix thoroughly and chill until needed.
Stir-in boondi just before serving.
