Roma Tomato 1
Red Onion 1
Green Chilli 1
Ginger 1/2 inch piece
Cilantro 10-15 leaves
Lemon Juice 2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Wash and finely chop tomato.
Peel and mince the onion.
Remove stem, wash and roughly chop green chilli.
Peel, wash and roughly chop ginger
Wash thoroughly cilantro leaves.
In a blender, grind green chilli, ginger and cilantro together with lemon juice.
In a bowl, mix chopped tomato, onion, above cilantro paste and salt thoroughly.
Serve with papad.
Notes: Make sure to mix everything together at last minute.
