Spinach 15-20 leaves
Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Remove outer leaves and wash cabbage.
Finely grate cabbage into salad bowl.
Wash thoroughly and finely chop spinach into the bowl.
Add black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and salt.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
Notes: Add few tbsps of yogurt if you like.
