Fast Cauliflower Fry

Cauliflower Pacchi Mirapakaya Allam Karam

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 1/4
Green n Red Chiles 4
Ginger 1 inch piece
Rice Flour 2-3 tbsps
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsps

Method of preparation:

Wash and break cauliflower into florets.
Grind chiles and ginger roughly using a blender.

In a bowl, mix cauliflower florets with chilli ginger paste, rice flour and salt.
Let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cauliflower florets.
Cook covered until tender.
Stir-fry on medium-high heat for 5 minutes to roast them a little.
Serve hot with rice or roti.

Notes: Don’t overcook cauliflower florets.
