Ginger Tea

Allam Tea


Ginger 1 inch piece
Peppercorns 4-6
Tea Bag 1
Sugar to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel and mash the ginger.
Crush the peppercorns.

Bring to boil a big cup of water on medium-high heat.
Drop the ginger, crushed peppercorns and tea bag.
Remove from heat and close the lid.
Stir in sugar and serve piping hot.

Notes: You can substitute tea leaves for tea bag.

    Oh we have this every morning..Nothing refreshes u more than that lovely aroma of the tea. Although we dont add peppercorns..will try it 🙂 now
