Idaho Potato 1
Ginger Garlic Pickle 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
Wash and cut potato into half.
Fill deep vessel with 10-15 cups of water, add halved potatoes.
Cook on medium high flame for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes become soft retaining its shape.
Cool, peel the skin and chop the potato halves into small cubes.
Heat a pan, add oil and cooked potato cubes.
When the potato cubes turn light brown, add ginger garlic pickle and stir well.
Leave it for few more seconds and serve hot with rice or roti.
Notes: If you dont have Idaho potato, swap it with potato of your choice.
