Coriander Leaves/ Cilantro 1 bunch
Red Onion 1
Grated Coconut (frozen or fresh) 2 tbsps
Ginger 1 inch piece
Green Chili 1-2
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Peel and finely chop onion.
Peel and cut ginger into two.
Wash, remove stems and cut green chillies into two.
Wash and chop less than half of the cilantro super fine.
Wash and blend more than half of coriander leaves with grated coconut, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice and salt into smooth paste.
Add few drops of water if required.
In a deep bowl, mix ground coriander paste, chopped cilantro and chopped onion together.
Serve with urad papad or papad of your choice.
Notes: Best if eaten on same day.
