Rice Flour 1 cup
Cumin Seeds 2 tsps
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
In a pot, bring to boil 1 cup of water.
Remove from heat and add rice flour, cumin seeds and salt.
Mix thoroughly to form a soft dough.
Heat flat pan on medium low heat, take good amount of roti dough and flatten it on the pan into thin crust using fingers.
Wet the fingers with water when they tend to stick to dough.
Cook closed for 3-5 minutes or until the bottom layer turns light brown.
Turn on other side, add oil around the roti and leave it for 5 more minutes.
Remove when it turns brown and almost crisp.
Serve with garlic pickle or any chutney.
Notes: Don’t overboil the water.
