Red Onion Chutney

Vullipaya Pacchadi


Red Onion 1
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Lemon 1
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Remove ends and finely chop onion.
Mix chopped onion, red chilli powder and salt thoroughly.
Squeeze a lemon and serve with any kind of rice fritters or papad.

Notes: Don’t let this chutney stay for long.

    Anusha, Punjabis make it just like this with Parathas.They thinly slice the onions,love it. Looks yum!
    I will miss you,see you on Tuesday if I am not exhausted doing all the laundry!:)

    Just perfect as a side dish or salad with any punjabi dish.I just love this.
