Simple Puffed Wheat Chat

Puffed Wheat 4-5 cups
Garlic pods 2
Red Chili Powder 2 tsps
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

Using pestle, mash the peeled garlic pods completely.
In a deep bowl, add mashed garlic, red chilli powder, salt and oil.
Now add puffed wheat and mix thoroughly.
Store tight and serve when needed.

Notes: You can garnish with chopped onions and with a squeeze of lemon.
