Corriander seeds 2 tsps
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 inch piece
Dry coconut 2 tbsps
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsps
Method of preparation:
Grind corriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon and dry coconut into fine powder.
Heat oil in deep vessel, add above ground powder and mamra.
Stir fry until the mamra is crisp and well coated with ground masala powder.
Remove from heat, add red chilli powder and salt.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
Notes: Choose the transparent mamra (burugulu) for this chat.
