Green Salad

Kirby Cucumber 2 large
Capsicum 1 small
Tindora 6
Raw Mango 1
Black Peppercorns 2
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel and finely chop cucumber.
Wash, remove stem and finely chop capsicum.
Remove ends and finely chop tindora.
Peel and grate raw mango.
Crush peppercorns finely.

Combine more of chopped cucumber with less capsicum and even less tindora with enough grated raw mango.
Toss in some crushed peppercorns and salt before serving.

Notes: If you don’t have raw mango in hand, substitute it with lemon juice.
