Ingredients:

Raskulu/ Bread (something that is baked until crisp) 4
Tomatoes 2
Onions 1
Green chillies 1

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

Finely chop onion and tomatoes.
Remove stem and finely chop green chilli.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal.
When seeds start to splutter add chopped onions and green chilli.
Saute for few seconds before adding chopped tomatoes.

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Stir well and remove from heat.

Place a spoonful of above mixture on top of raskulu (alternatively you can use whole wheat bread.)
Serve with a squeeze of lime.

Notes: You can make the same topping sweet by adding sugar.
