Rice 4 cups
Cilantro/ kottimera 10-15 leaves
Green chillies 1
Grated Raw mango 1 tbsp
Yogurt/ perugu 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Finely chop onion.
Remove stem and finely chop green chilli.
Wash and finely chop cilantro/ coriander leaves.
Take rice into deep bowl and mash it hard.
Pour equal quantities of yogurt and milk.
Mix well and add chopped onion, green chilli and cilantro.
Then add grated raw mango and salt.
Stir well and serve.
Notes: I always use leftover rice for this recipe.
