Salt 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
Remove stems, wash green chillies and pat them dry.
Squeeze the juice out of lemons, add salt and stir well.
Stir in green chillies and close the lid.
Let it stay for 3-6 days.
You get a very tangy and somewhat spicy chillies for your curd rice.
Notes: Select light green, tender green chillies if you can.
