Raw peanuts 2 cups
Water 5 cups
Salt 3 tbsps
Garlic 2 pods
Green chillies 1
Oil 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
In a pressure cooker, dip raw peanuts in water, salt and cook until 4 whistles.
Cool the peanuts to room temperature and discard shells collecting cooked peanuts.
Mash garlic and green chilli coarsely.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and crushed garlic.
When seeds start to splutter, add ground green chilli and cooked peanuts.
Adjust the salt and serve hot.
Notes: Salt makes all difference. So add sufficient amount of salt while boiling.
