Corriander Mint Chutney

Corriander leaves/ Kotthimera 1 cup
Mint leaves/ Pudina 1/2 cup
Green chillies 1
Ginger 1/2 inch
Garlic 1 pod
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Grind everything into smooth paste in a blender. Serve with snacks.

Notes: Add red chilli powder or chat masala if you prefer.

    hi urs is a new type of chutney..usually i make with tamarind and green chillies…and my plan for tommorow is the same kothimira chutney…so i’ll try 1 bunch with ur idea…….
