Arati puvvu/ Plantain flower 1
Green chillies 2-4
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Boiled White Rice 2 cups
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add the prepared flowers and saute for 4 min.
Make sure the flowers are properly fried and then add
finely chopped green chillies.
Now add all talimpu ingredients and stir fry 2 more min.
In a deep bowl, add rice, the above mixture and salt.
Mix well and Serve hot. Squeeze a slice of lemon if you wish.
You can also garnish with fresh coconut.
