Neem flowers/ Vepa puvvu 1 tbsp
Cloves 5 pods
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
Neem flowers are dried in sun for few hours.
Cloves are peeled and crushed.
Heat oil, add cloves and saute for a minute.
Now add dried neem flowers and remove from heat.
Sprinkle red chilli powder and salt.
Mix with white hot cooked rice and serve.
Notes: Dried neem flowers are delicate. Light amount of heat is sufficient.
So take care not to burn them.
