    Have simple recipe using water.

Boil 2 – 3 big ripe tomatoes alongwith turmeric. When cooked, add salt and 1 tsp sugar.
Seaon it with garlic, red chillies in Pure Ghee.
If need be, you can squeez in sour lime. Goes well with rice. Or you may drink it.

One more recipe made from left over tour dal saar.
Boil tour dal alongwith 2 – 3 ripe tomatoes.
Grind to paste 2 – 3 table spoons of fresh coconut, roasted cumin seeds, 1 – 2 roasted red chillies and little tamarind.

When tomato gets cooked add this ground paste to the dal and boil for few minutes. Season it with mustard, curry leaves, little hing in ghee. Good for the stomach.!!

    Hope you will like it.
